Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Part B
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, by J.K. Rowling.
Harry has come of age, and he has started his journey to defeat Voldermort. Harry sets off on a quest with Hermione and Ron to destroy the last Horcruxes. Once they are all destroyed Harry knows that Voldermort will finally be destroyed.
On his quest Harry is over whelmed by the rumours of Dumbldore’s past, has the he had so long respected be darker than he ever let on. Because of the trio’s lack of plan, food and progress their spirits are often low. One night Harry and Ron get into a big fight and Ron leaves to return for home.
Devastated by the abandonment Harry and Hermione finally decide to go back to Godric’s Hollow in search of clues, and once again they are almost caught by Voldemort. They have almost died too many times to count, and in a battle Harry’s wand is broken.
Ron soon redeems himself by return just in time to save Harry’s life. The trio’s spirits are lifted when they hear of mysterious and magical objects called the Deathly Hallows. They learn that whoever possesses all three of the Hallows will become master of death, to Harry he feels that this is his chance to beat voldermort once and for all.
As the adventure and danger increases, Harry begins to understand what Dumbldore intended for him. He realises, at the last moment that he must be sacrificed in order for Voldemort to be destroyed. Filled with the love of his friends, he willingly gives his life, so his friends will live.
In death, Harry meets with Dumbledore. He gives Harry a choice of whether to stay or return, he chooses to go back and fight. Harry and Voldemort have a final battle, in which Harry wins.
I liked this book; it is one of favourites of the series. A reason why this book is one of my favourites is because in this book it is the conclusion to the series and it is full of action. I particularly liked this book because it was not anti-climatic. In this instalment of Harry Potter, all the cards are on the table. Every detail, emotion and situation is played out in full, nothing is not held back. Also in this book everything is more aggressive and it all comes down to the wire.
My recommendation for this book is for you to just pick it up and read; I might add that you should read all the previous books before reading this one. Also try reading before it is released in this movies, so that way you can be your own critic when comes to comparing the book and the movie.

Cadbury Gorilla Advertisemnt

Part A
The advertisement that I have chosen is the Cadbury Gorilla advertisement.
The purpose of this advertisement is to obviously advertise the product of Cadbury Chocolate. This advertisement is to get you to buy Cadbury’s Chocolates, even though in this advertisement the only reference to Cadbury is in the first and last frames of the advertisement.
This Advertisement is to inform you of the product Cadbury’s, in the beginning of the advertisement, it has ‘A glass and a half full production’, which they have used their slogan “A glass and a half full” (which means in every bar of Cadbury’s Chocolate that there is a glass and a half full cup of milk). They have incorporated their slogan into the advertisement in the first frames of the advertisement. At the end of the advertisement in the last frame it shows a bar of Cadbury’s Chocolate with the words ‘A glass and a half full of joy’.
This particular advertisement persuades you to buy Cadbury’s Chocolate is that this advertisement is an amusing one, and it shows that you can have a good time while eating Cadbury’s Chocolate. At the end of this advertisement it says “A glass and a half full of joy”, which in my own interpretation means that you can have fun and a good time with Cadbury’s Chocolate.
The target audience for this product is not separated by age or other demographic factors like with some products. The target audience for this product is simply those who like chocolate. With an amusing commercial such as this one, with a gorilla playing the drums to one of Phil Collins songs ‘In the air  tonight’, it would  appeal or attract  to those whose attention is better caught by an amusing commercial such as this.
In this advertisement the man’s gorilla costume looks extremely realistic, the attention given to this costume has been done in extreme detail by the costume designers. The song being played in the background ‘In the air tonight’ by Phil Collins is a well known song, but although the younger generation would not be aware of the recognition of the song that the older generation of viewers that the advertisement would have, it is still quite an amusing and well thought advertisement.
